Signature Deep Dive

Quinta do Amor is a magical retreat centre, situated in the Arrabida National Park, just 50 minutes south of Lisbon. The centuries old farmhouse has been carefully restored, preserving its historic charm while providing all the modern comforts of a restorative luxury retreat.

All the bedrooms are equipped with hotel quality beds, linens and have air-conditioning for maximum comfort. Yoga and other workshop activities take place in a restored barn, which is also an amazing spot from which to watch the sunset.

The 20-hectare grounds include swimming pools, a sauna, cold plunge and tennis courts. Set amidst a forest of cork and fruit trees for walking and relaxing.

The Quinta’s chefs will nourish us with farm to table food, which is seasonal, hearty and made from the very best local ingredients.

Logistics:

  • Quinta do Amor is a 50-minute drive from Lisbon Airport

  • Taxis from Lisbon cost approximately 20-30 euros each way. We can also support in arranging shared taxi transfers

  • Some of Portugal’s most beautiful beaches can be reached in 10 minutes by car or an hour on foot (beach swimming will be an optional part of the retreat).

  • The retreat will start on the afternoon of Tuesday 30th June, check in from 4 pm

  • The retreat ends on Sunday 5th July, check out by 11 am.

This Deep Dive Retreat includes;

  • 5 nights’ luxury accommodation in either private or twin shared rooms

  • Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks every day – healthy, home-cooked, local ingredients.

  • Twice daily yoga classes

  • The Deep Dive personal growth process

  • Use of all the venues facilities – swimming pools, sauna & plunge, tennis courts

The cost of this Deep Dive Retreat is;

  • Twin room ensuite bathroom: £1,350

  • Solo Double room with shared bathroom: £1,750

  • Solo Double room with ensuite bathroom: £1,950

The cost does not include;

  • Travel to the venue

  • Optional 1-1 coaching, private yoga sessions and massages

  • Optional one beach lunch out

FAQ’s

  • Taxis are readily available at Salisbury Station if you are travelling by train.

    Before the retreat begins we will connect attendees via WhatsApp so sharing taxis can be discussed here.

  • Please complete the booking application. We require a £400 deposit to confirm your space and the final balance is due 6 weeks before the retreat begins. The programme is open to all.

  • Are available to spread the cost (at no extra cost) Please state in your booking request if you would you like a payment plan

  • Some basic yoga experience is useful as the retreat will not include complete beginner yoga lessons.

    We ask that you attend with an open mind and a willingness to learn and grow within a supportive group setting.
