Emma and Rosie are a Deep Dive Retreat dream team - they create a space where everyone feels safe and empowered to recharge and reset.

I have started writing a thank you to you both a few times, but not sure how to really word it... Thank you for your time, care and perseverance. It was a big one for me, and as a result I am now learning lots more about myself and what is out there to know and notice. Thank you, wise wonderful women.

It’s more than yoga - it gives insight into personal growth and how you might work on it in a supportive way all in a perfect setting with a fabulous yoga teacher and great coach leading group sessions

I would describe the Deep Dive retreat as the perfect opportunity to relax, unwind and find out a little more about yourself. The yoga is exceptional and the coaching expertly delivered by a very experienced and perceptive coach

This is a space for real self nourishment. Emma & Rosie create such a beautiful safe space to allow you to delve deeper than normal to make sense of whatever is going on for you at the time. Advice would be to turn up with no expectations but an open mind and heart and trust in the process
